You will review and approve the design preview or agreed example, specifications, price and estimated timing before placing a custom order. Once placed, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. This does not affect remedies for damage, defects, incorrect goods or rights required by law.

No. Dry ice is extremely cold and must not be eaten or placed directly in the mouth. Dry-ice and carbon-dioxide equipment should be used only according to the product instructions, with appropriate handling and ventilation.
