Dry Ice Equipment Troubleshooting

This troubleshooting guide applies to dry ice equipment. Refer to the instructions supplied with your specific model.

Issue Possible Cause Recommended Action
The machine does not operate.
  1. The liquid CO₂ cylinder valve is closed.
  2. The solenoid switch or valve core is damaged.
  3. The dry ice mold base is not engaged.
  4. The dry ice mold is not engaged.
  1. Open the liquid CO₂ cylinder valve.
  2. Replace the solenoid valve core.
  3. Secure the dry ice mold base in place.
  4. Secure the dry ice mold switch in place.
The airflow has decreased.
  1. The filter core is clogged.
  2. The cylinder does not contain enough liquid CO₂.
  1. Replace the filter core.
  2. Replace or refill the liquid CO₂ cylinder.
Automatic mode does not work. There may be debris in the ECU. Inspect the ECU and remove any debris in accordance with the user manual.
The dry ice base becomes stuck during operation. The base was exposed to water before use. Wipe the base and ensure that it is completely dry before use.
